South Coast Today News Article: (Myles) named Pampered Prince 2001

Unlike most parents of beauty contest winners, Heather ____ of ____ never had to go through the agonizing experience of watching her 2-year-old son, Myles, compete against other children his age. Nor did she have to go through the time and expense of finding just the right outfit for him to compete in.

One day in the summer of 2000, while surfing the Internet, Heather came across a Web site for a monthly baby search contest called America's Pampered Prince & Princess.

Knowing that she had a cute child, as most parents do, Heather decided to enter his photo in the contest. "I send in a photo of Myles on a whim and was thrilled to hear that he won the August 2000 contest. That automatically entered him as a finalist in the yearly contest," she said. "I didn't think about it anymore and was surprised when I was notified recently that he had won the top prize."

Along with the title of America's Pampered Prince 2001 was a $500 U.S. savings bond, an official trophy and a banner and certificate from Quest Worldwide Productions, sponsor of the event. And young Myles never even had to leave his home in ____ to become a winner.
